Randall D. Cebul, MD was the Founding President and CEO of Better Health Partnership (then Better Health Greater Cleveland) – serving the organization from 2007 - 2017. It is through his extraordinary vision, courage, and will to create a "safe space for competitors to collaborate" that we proudly document regional achievements reflecting the power of positive deviance and best practice sharing approaches, resulting in a "rising tide that lifts all boats".
