About these measures:

% Healthy Weight: Body mass index below the 85th percentile for age and sex, based on U.S. standards.
% Healthy Blood Pressure: Children ages 3-12 have a healthy blood pressure if both their systolic and diastolic blood pressures are below the 90th percentile for children their age and sex. Children ages 13-18 have a healthy BP if systolic BP is less than 120 mmHg and diastolic BP is less than 80 mmHg.
% Asthma Diagnosis: Documented asthma diagnosis on problem list or hospital visit.
